1) How do I amend the selected item?

You can change the order regarding any product by clicking on the selected product's name to return to the product's description page. Change your order there and then re-checkout again. (Do not amend the details of the product(s) on the CHECKOUT COUNTER.)

2) How do I know the cost of postage & packaging as in item (b)?

For US orders, it is US$5 for 1st book + $2 per additional book. For non-US orders, it is US$20 for 1st book + $8 per additional book. For Money Watch Bulletin, it is US$95 for each 1-year subscription (12 issues) for non-US orders (no P&P charge for US orders).

Example: If you stay in the US, and would like to order 3 nos. of books or 3 different books, your P&P cost would be $9. If you stay in Germany, and would like to subscribe to the Money Watch Bulletin for 2-years (24 issues), your P&P cost would be $190.

3) Do I need to fill up all the Customer Information / Details?

Please fill up all details required. You can leave Card Number and Expiry Date blank if you are not ordering by credit card.

4) Can I still order by credit card if my current address used as shipping address is different from my billing address?

Definitely yes. Please fill up the Customer Information / Details Form (Checkout Counter) with your billing address and then immediately email to us your shipping address to avoid late delivery of your order(s).

5) I do not want to order by credit card, do you have other ordering methods?

6) How do I complete the order?

After filling up the details, print out the CHECKOUT COUNTER (close this window and click on your Browser File and Print) and fax or mail it to the no. or address at the bottom. (Remember to always "Print Preview" and setup your page properly before printing)

7) When will I receive my order?

All orders are sent out by Global Priority Mail immediately upon receipt/clearance of your payment. Delivery may take about 4 to 6 days depending on where you live. We will email to you to confirm the delivery details.
